How to come

There are three different ways to come.

1. By car.
For those who can’t imagine themselves without a car we recommend to print a road description. Rest in the car is a rational way to spend vacation. It is a good chance to spare money and to take with you all things you need. If you drive out from Moscow in the very early morning, you can come to the base at the evening-glow. Also you can spare some money cause you don’t need to buy tickets for a train. One compartment ticket of ‘Moscow – Astrakhan’ train costs about $70-107 and if you go with wife - $140-214. If you go by car, then one way will cost about $100 (average fuel (AI-95) consumption – 12 l per 62 land miles). You save about $40-115. And if you go home by car (totally filled with 200-300 pounds of trophies) time will pass very soon and again you can save $40-115.

2. By airplane.
You can go to Astrakhan by an airplane also. Usually quantity of flights depends on a season. On an average – 2-3 flights per day. Ticket costs about $150 (economic class)-$290 (business class) in condition that you take tickets both ways. Airplane tickets of Moscow airlines cost $10-18 less than of Astrakhan airlines.
Of course, it is better to buy tickets beforehand and both ways for you didn’t get a ‘headache’ after. If you wish we will see you off to the airplane from VIP-hall of the airport.

3. By train.
Several trains departure everyday from Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. You can go by them to Astrakhan more or less comfortable. As I know, our company of fishers (and hunters at the same time) goes from Moscow to Astrakhan in 3-4 games of preference. Usually train goes through this distance within 24 hours. This variant is preferred by those who don’t have an ‘iron horse’ or those who are tired of its using for 11 months of a period between vacations. Naturally it is better not to take an unimaginable quantity of spinnings, reels, lures and clothes, cause the compartment is not made from rubber.
